DELIVERY ADDRESS
Important Information:
- Accurate Address: Please ensure your complete and correct delivery address is provided at checkout
- Contact Number: Provide an active mobile number for delivery coordination
- Landmarks: Include nearby landmarks for easier location
- Pin Code: Double-check your pin code for accuracy
Address Changes:
- Address changes can only be made within 6 hours of order placement

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- No one available to receive the package
- Recipient unreachable by phone
What Happens Next:
- First Attempt: Courier will attempt redelivery the next business day
- Second Attempt: Another delivery attempt will be made
- Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt
After 3 Failed Attempts:
- Package will be returned to our warehouse
- You'll be notified via WhatsApp and email
- You may need to place a new order (original order will be cancelled)
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days (if applicable)
To Avoid Failed Delivery:
- Provide accurate contact details
- Be available at the delivery address
- Respond to courier calls/messages promptly

In Transit: Your package is moving toward your delivery location
Out for Delivery: Your package will be delivered today
Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered
Delivery Attempted: Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful (we'll try again)
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS
- No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day
- Delivery may be delayed during festive seasons
Major Holidays (No Shipping):
- Republic Day, Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, Christmas, etc.
- We'll notify you of any expected delays during these periods
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged During Shipping:
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged
- If accepted, take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours
- We'll arrange a replacement as per our Refund & Return Policy
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or building security
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us immediately - we'll investigate with the courier partner
- We'll arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
